How do I transfer QR codes to another account

If you need to transfer the QR codes in your account to another account, please contact us at hi@hovercode.com with the email addresses linked to both accounts (the one you want to transfer from and to).


If you need to transfer a specific code or two, please also include those (a scannable image of the QR code) in the email. The receiving account needs to be on the right plan. E.g. if they already have 9 active dynamic QR codes and are on the free plan, we can't transfer 3 dynamic QR codes to their account as that would put them over the limit.
