Do Hovercode QR codes expire?

No. We don't expire your QR codes.

A lot of providers automatically disable QR codes after a certain time period or number of scans. We do not (yes, even dynamic QR codes).

Static vs Dynamic QR codes

Static QR codes actually can't expire, even if we wanted them to. If you want a QR code that is certain to last forever, use static codes, but keep in mind that they can never be edited and don't include any sort of tracking or scan analytics.

We also don't expire dynamic QR codes, but our servers are required to keep running for dynamic QR codes to continue to work. Learn more about static vs dynamic QR codes here.
