Scan data is not appearing or is appearing at the wrong times

If you are scanning your QR codes and are expecting to see data in your analytics but are not, there are a couple of things to check.

  • Make sure the QR code is dynamic. If it's static, you will see a "static" label on the code in your dashboard. Static codes do not include analytics and they can't be changed once created. Learn more.
  • Check that the timezone setting for your workspace is correct by going to Settings (top right) -> Workspace settings.
